We’re in the thick of Summer, and for millions of people around the world that means one thing – Summer vacations! If you’re anything like me (and you probably are, or you wouldn’t be reading these posts!), you always bring PC with you wherever you go so you can keep an eye on your email, look up a local restaurant or attraction, or take a look at the next day’s forecast. The next logical question is “What PC should I bring with me?” To help answer that question, my PC partner-in-crime Ryan Asdourian and I pulled together a short video review of some of our favorite portable PCs – the wicked light Asus UX30, the media friendly Sony VAIO EA, the racecar-inspired Acer Ferrari ONE, the Best Buy Blue Label Toshiba e205 & ultraportable Toshiba t-135, the super-customizable Dell Mini 10, the fashion-forward HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition, and the bafflingly small Sony VAIO P. Check it out:
Now that you’ve seen some of our favorite travel PCs, Ryan and I want to know…what’s yours?

My travel PC (and only PC) is the Alienware m11x. Awesome! So glad I bought it.
My travel PC is an Acer netbook. It's gone to the U.K with me, and I'm taking it to my old Kentucky home (that's where I was born and raised) because my mother has a Mac, of all things...
Motion LE 1600. It's old, but is great for planes, trains, and automobiles. Input/navigation with a stylus is the way to go when you're on the go.
Toshiba A500 w/ extended battery. Obviously, since it has a 16" screen, it's more of a 'mobile desktop', but still...
Asus UX30 is not available in US !?!
I've changed my mind on clamshell form factor / netbooks...and think slates are the best companion device to my desktop/laptop experience. I need a companion device for taking handwritten notes, browsing the internet, reading and playing music using Zune Pass. Are there any low cost / consumer Windows based devices that can fulfill this need?
My PC is a Dell studio xps 1640. I got the laptop with the 13 inch screen. It has a contoured body that makes it feel slim and small(nice for caring), yet it has enough internal power that I can do program development and gaming on it. I'll be taking it with me to the beach in a few days.
@etabari: You can get it in the US - I bought mine here, and I know that Amazon.com sells them as well.
@JohnCz: Check out the Lenovo S10-3t. Multitouch convertible netbook.
