   I cannot get my most frequently used fovorite web links to display in the horizontal favorites bar - like in IE7 - they only appear in the vertical bar which requires 2 clicks: one to open the bar by clicking on >> abd theb on the link as it is displayed vertically on the right of the screen.WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? Also the READ NAIL link does nothing - it does not open OUTLOOK EXPRESS.
