   i have windows vista and have bought the new ipod video plus 2 other mp3 players. windows vista did not recognise the drivers for these devices so i had to return them to the shop. i wish i had stuck with windows xp as vista is total rubbish

   I have been trying to get updated to Windows Vista Home Premium for a few days now and I can't seem to get anywhere.

   I think a set of instructions should be required.  I bought an HP dv9000us and it was supposed to have Vista already installed.?.

   Please help me.
