This morning my computer came up, it has now successfully changed the setup of my computer.

My user id password has remained the same on my computer but when I log in, my id is no longer associated with all of my documents, desk top and email. The files are still on the disk and are still under the correct id name just not accessable from that id.

Now I have to work out how to get around this. I have an important project to train people for next week and now have to go and find out how i can get to all the information that i need.

Thanks Microsoft you have done it again!!!!!!!!!!!

Our Corporate VPN line no longer connects with required server software. Our HP Officejet 5510 printer no longer functions correctly. A call to Dell customer service says HP must upgrade their drivers to Vista or get just buy another printer. Our Corporate software company was unaware of the problems Vista is causing since no one has upgraded yet. We sent an alert to all corporate users to delay buying Vista products until you straighten this out.Lets get this straightened out before everyone moves to MAC.

The malfunction above was NOT Vista. After investigation we found out that there was a glitch at the powercompany and as a result two Toshiba ac adaptors went down en was working on batterypower. My non presence during istall did't help either otherwise i could have seen that he was shutting down. Because there were 4 ac adaptors in the outlet and the others still worked i assumed that the malfunction was Vista related (especially because it happened during a update). This was not the case. After replacement of the adaptors Vista is running like a charm. I felt the need to say this because it is not my intention to harm a good product. (seen Dumb & Dumber?....Sorry)
