&lt;p&gt;The background for this blog is a custom skin created for the blog, but there's a wallpaper included in Windows Vista that has the same image as the one at the top of the blog. Right click your desktop, select personalize, then Desktop Background. Make sure that the window shows &amp;quot;Windows Wallpaper&amp;quot; then scroll down to &amp;quot;Vistas&amp;quot; and you'll see it there.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As for deleting a file, it would depend on the file. &amp;nbsp;Have your tried deleting it using the administrator mode (right click/run as administrator)? &amp;nbsp;Some spyware or other malware will not let you delete certain files that they've added. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
