Hey newscientist2000: That URL allows you to order a DVD from which you can download simulated end-user content and scripts, which then can be loaded on PCs for demos. Essentially, it's the same content that you'd download in the ZIP file directly.

Hey Brian Jones: I hear you -- it sounds like a driver issue for your specific printer, the fix for which will probably first appear on the manufacturer's web site, and then possibly on Windows Update (if they make it available to us). So, check with HP to see if there's a driver update and if not yet, then there should be one in the future.

I bought new HPs for our company with Vista loaded. Now we can't print. BIG show stopper. Who is going to fix this? New software package that isn't compatible with any common program? even your own? wow. Isn't that your catch phrase? wow? Very disapointing, how are you going to fix it?

Volt is a Microsoft partner, (aka VMC).

They don't arm the agents with tazers.

VMC management mentioned Microsoft had some launch bonus packs for the agents for the launch of Vista and the agents that support Vista.

No jet packs have arrived.

The DRT sounds like a useful kit, just a pitty its not a download, as that would encourage greater uptake. The video on soapbox is pretty informative though, at least I can watch that without signing in.
