&lt;p&gt;They don't arm the agents with tazers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;VMC management mentioned Microsoft had some launch bonus packs for the agents for the launch of Vista and the agents that support Vista.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No jet packs have arrived.&lt;/p&gt;
