&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve tried to do what you told Coola, but I can&amp;#39;t find that &amp;#39;Tablet PC&amp;#39; setting on the &amp;#39;Turn Windows features on/off&amp;#39; window. I can&amp;#39;t find the Snipping Tool anywhere, do you have any suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t believe that we have the SP2 and Vista is not that older I mean XP has 3 SP&amp;#39;s but it&amp;#39;s been a long time since XP came out.&lt;/p&gt;
