   You really shouldn't post videos on a blog unless every one of your blog readers can view it.  Soapbox will not let me view it because I'm not one of the beta users and it doesn't give a link to sign up to be a beta user.  How about posting it using standard WMV, sticking it out on youtube or opening up soapbox???

   Hey MustangMike71:  you should be able to view the video w/o needing to sign into, or even visit, Soapbox.  What behavior are you experiencing when trying to view the embedded video?  If you're getting some sort of error, could you describe it?

   Hay again MustangMike71:  am I to guess you're using Firefox as your browser?  We know that FF users are at times having problems viewing Soapbox videos; this is a known issue and is being investigated.

    I was at work when I was having the problem and I was running Firefox on WinXP.  When I got home, I tried it running IE on Vista and it ran fine.  I just tried firefox on Vista and it gave the same error that I got earlier.  So I would guess it's an incompatibility with Firefox.

   Nick here is a question about sever '08. If the server is codenamed "Longhorn" and Vista was code named the same thing? Usually Microsoft will code name each OS different from one another list shown here http://www.phm.lu/Documentation/Windows/Codenames.asp

   So why did it go from longhorn to Vista to longhorn to server 08? Vista did not have Avalon it had Areo instead there were a lot of changes with the OS it self. To me Vista was never really long horn. Long Horn has always been server 2008.

   After finding out about the Firefox incompatibility, I tried the video in IE7 and I received this error.

   "Sorry. This video is unavailable."

   Could you guys post it to a web page as a standard HTTP download or maybe use a different embedded video object we can all view, like the ones you use on Channel 9 and On10, instead of this beta software?

   Hey Tracer76:  our new OS/server platform was codenamed Longhorn, beginning with the product that became Windows Vista and ending with the new Windows Server 2008 -- which shares many of the same platform components, hence the shared codename.

   Hey omgbbq:  you should be able to view the video by simply clicking the link under the player and visiting Soapbox.
