&lt;p&gt;Regarding your performance of your Q1 Ultra UMPC - I actually don't have much performance issues with mine. I don't run alot of apps on it. I only access things like email via the web. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Quikboy, for the desktop - we've got IE8 coming up (which is currently at Beta 1). For Windows Mobile - a new version of IE for Windows Mobile has been announced - expecting to hit before the end of 2008. Read the full announcement here:&lt;/p&gt;
