My name is Brandon LeBlanc. I’ve been hired on as a vendor to work on this awesome new project: blogging about the amazing experiences you can have with Windows Vista. I looked for something that could change size but found nothing... anyone have this problem and what did you do to fix...

This even out does windows 98. There should be felony charges brought against Microsoft.

I suggest heading over to the public Windows Vista Newsgroups with this issue:

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/community/default.mspx

This is a great place to ask questions such as yours and product team members from Windows Vista are often in there answering questions. This is where I go when I have a issue or nothing shows in the KB.

re: Welcome to the Windows Experience Blog

So I just came across something that's marred my vista experience... all of a sudden I cannot select multiple files in explorer. Shift / control clicking doesn't work, nor does ctrl-a and the select all option is greyed out of the edit menu.

The support site just gives me generic user answers to the search (ie: how to select all files), and there doesn't seem to be anything in the KB. There are other reports of this on the web but the solutions (deleting registry keys) don't work. Where can I get help on this or report it as a bug to hopefully get it fixed? Appolagies for using this as a support site, but I honestly don't know where to go to ask!

I just love the big inflated ad where the PC is full of bloatware! Just like every HP PC Ive ever owned!

You could tell people the truth, that yes new OEM PCs are often installed with to many programs that may not all be useful to them, but some are, and the minor inconvenience of this extra software helps keep OEM PC costs down.

Plus in many cases you can simply uninstall these programs to free up space. The exception being some real bad software like Vongo on your HP PC which HP should really deal with. Giving out restore CDs without Vongo would help!

In general though most extra software can be easily uninstalled.

The same is true of the other Mac ads, they complain about features, which can if annoying be turned off easily.
