Their new website is due to go live at <A class="" title="Microsoft Silverlight" href="http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight" mce_href="http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight">www.microsoft.com/silverlight</A> tomorrow which will include the DreamScene downloads. To install the DreamScenes, just right-click on the above download links and save them to your Videos folder.
