Today, we’ve released a refresh of the Windows Live Essentials Betas. You can download the updated suite at download.live.com. The Windows Live Essentials consist of Messenger, Mail, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker, Writer, Toolbar, and Family Safety.

We want to make sure we iron out all the kinks before removing the “beta” tags ;-)

Earlier this month, we rolled out the new Windows Live web services.

Windows Live has totally stopped working with this windows 7 and also yahoo messenger! I did have them installed and working... At first the sound was not working for both! Only sound when a contact came on and a message came. No sound at all for internal program features.

Next morning Neither program wouldn't even run! Windows 7 detects compatibility issues!

Tried uninstalling and re installing...... same prob! No go! Even get error during the install and the remove of these 2 programs!?

Any suggestions?? Windows 7 Beta 7000 I am referring to

I wana know why cant i install windows live messenger and other windows live programs. I get error:0x8104000b always. Please help anyone. thanks
