I second the concern about the lack of the promotional upgrade for Vista Ultimate users. Limiting the upgrade to Business and Home made me believe an Ultimate offer was coming. It was not clear to me that Windows7 Business would upgrade my Vista Ultimate, so I lost my opportunity.

I sincerly hope there will be an opportunity for Ultimate users to take advantage of some promotion.

I have Vista 64 bit Business from MSDN-AA. Is it legit from there although activate and shown as genuine. Your column says "With Windows Vista, the 64-bit version was only available with Windows Vista Ultimate."

"With Windows Vista, the 64-bit version was only available with Windows Vista Ultimate." is a whether odd statement since I was only able to get vista business 64 bit off of MSDN-AA two months ago which i am running. It has been activarted as genuine software. If it said and says it is Vista Business 64 bit and Vista 64 bit is only available in Ultimate, what do I have? Will I be able to upgrade it to Windows 7 Business or Ultimate (a major reason I did not use XP 64 bit was it was not upgradable.)
